My Last BirchBox Unboxing.

Good evening everyone! I hope you guys had a great weekend. I’m really excited for tonight’s blog because my BirchBox arrived and I’ve been dying to show you guys what I got! This is actually my last BirchBox because I decided to drop the subscription and pick up the Sephora Play! box. My BirchBox subscription was awesome and I would recommend it to anyone who is just starting to get a monthly subscription box. It is $10 a month, and you can cancel at anytime. You take a quiz in the beginning to see what products you would like and your skin type. They give you products based on the quiz. All the products are uncommon brands, so it’s cool getting brands you’ve never heard of.

Without further ado, lets jump into this post!

Here is a picture of my pretty box! (Each month they send you a different decorated box)

Now onto the products…

hydrating mask verb
VERB- Manage + Restore | Hydrating Mask

This is the Verb Hydrating Mask. Full size is $16.

Description: This lightweight treatment softens, conditions, and amps up shine without weighting your hair down. After washing, leave on for 5-7 minutes, then rinse.

My review: I used this in the shower and at first I didn’t really notice a difference. Putting it through my hair it felt like my current conditioner. I have oily skin, so I only put this in the tips of my hair and the bottom half of it. I kept this mask away from my part. I didn’t notice the day after I used the mask, my hair was a lot smoother on the bottoms of my hair. I was pretty impressed, and I will be using this product once a week.

arrow eyeliner
ARROW- ENHANCE waterproof eye brightener

This is the ARROW Waterproof Eyeliner. The full size is $16.

Description: Look bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Swipe this pearlescent pink liner along the inner corners and waterline of your eyes for an instant pick me up.

My Review: Trying this eyeliner, I believe that it is a dupe of the NYX white waterproof eyeliner. I think it does the exact same thing as the other white eyeliners I have tried. It does have a light pink tint to it, which does a pretty good job at brightening up the inner corner of your eyes.

realchemistry peel
Real Chemistry- Luminous 3-minute Peel

This is the Real Chemistry Luminous 3-minute Peel. The full size is $48.

Description- Apply this gentle acid-free peel to clean, dry skin for a gorgeous glow. Massage in circular motions to exfoliate, then wash skin with a mild cleanser to remove.

My Review: This was my favorite product from the box! This peel was awesome and I could totally feel it working. This may be a TMI, but all the dead skin cells were just shredding off. It leaves my skin feeling nice and soft. It wasent harsh on my skin either because I do have really sensitive skin.

stila lippy
Stila Stay All Day- Liquid Lipstick
swatch of stila

Stila Cosmetics- Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick- Notte. Full size $16.

Description: This creamy liquid lipstick in a deep blackberry shade glides on like a gloss yet lasts like a stain.

My Review: The formula for this lipstick is great! The color though, not for me. It looks like more of a red on camera, but on my lips, it looks like a deep purple. That color just makes me look really pale and didn’t look good with my face. If this was in a different color, I would love this product, but this is not one I would reach for in the future.

I hope you guys enjoyed this BirchBox unboxing! I’ll miss this subscription box, but I’m excited for the new Sephora one!
